Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within South Africa using the following options:

Standard Shipping - 3 - 7 business days

Express Shipping - 1 - 3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

msmsaSTORE is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will do our best to assist you.
